I started my fitness journey for one reason, to overcome my insecurities and feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident in my body. I quickly became fascinated with how you can sculpt your physique just by manipulating your diet and training. In the end, I not only fell in love with the woman i became but the entire process of evolving into a better version of myself. Now everything has come full circle and I get to help other women who are struggling with their body image build their dream bodies and use fitness as a tool to elevate their lives and alchemize their pain. My philosophy is to enjoy the journey. Finding ways to move that feel good and you look forward to and ways to prepare food that are both nutritious and delicious. This way you’re able to embrace fitness as a lifestyle which allows you to sustain your results, long-term, and reap the benefits in all areas of life.
