I started my fitness journey for one reason, to overcome my insecurities and feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident in my body. Now everything has come full circle and I get to help other women who are struggling with their body image build their dream bodies and use fitness as a tool to elevate their lives and alchemize their pain.
